被动欺凌者
看见欺凌者的暴力行为得逞，于是协助及附和欺凌者，有些则藉此保护自己，免受欺凌。
看见欺凌者欺凌同学后，则嘲笑受害者无用。
被欺凌者
性格内向、害羞、怕事。
在同学间不受重视，只有很少朋友，在学校中十分孤单。
缺乏与同辈相处的社交技巧，容易引起同学不满和反感。
有身体障碍者、有智力障碍者。
沉默、表达能力不佳者。
性格或行为上有异于他人。
对受害者影响
欺负同学会对同学构成心理问题，影响健康，甚至影响人格发展。
身心影响：恐惧、消沉抑郁、创伤后遗症、忧虑、胃痛、吸毒、酗酒、自残、自杀，自己也成为欺凌者，可能是校园枪击案的原因之一。
其他影响：常常缺席、对老师不恭敬、诉讼。
校园欺凌我国现状，最高法的调研报告首先说明，校园暴力在我国时有发生，但是情况复杂，违法与犯罪交织，且多数事件未进入司法程序追究法律责任，加上目前缺少统一的事件报告、统计制度，导致难以了解我国校园暴力发生的真实情况。去年5月，最高人民法院从2013-2015年各级法院审结生效的校园暴力刑事案件中抽取100多件典型案件样本进行了梳理，在一定程度上反映出此类犯罪的特点，最高法刑一庭审判长冉容介绍，校园暴力犯罪案件涉及的罪名相对集中。针对人身的暴力伤害比例最高，其中，故意伤害罪占57%，故意杀人罪占6%。
校园暴力涉及的罪名还包括寻衅滋事罪占10%；侵财犯罪占12%，还有很小比例的聚众斗殴罪与绑架罪。
报告统计数据显示，抽查样本涉及的159名未成年被告人中，已满十四不满十六周岁的被告人占 35%；已满十六不满十八周岁的被告人占65%。
冉容介绍，虽然我国规定，十四岁是可以承担刑事责任的年龄，但是，已满十四周岁不满十六周岁的被告人只对八类严重暴力犯罪承担刑事责任，所以，未满十六周岁的放在比较轻微的校园暴力行为，没有进入我们刑事犯罪处罚的程序，所以相对来看，这一百多件案件中，处罚的高中生及职业高中的未成年被告人占比较高。
